The Jay Pritzker Academy currently educates 365 students from villages surrounding the Tachet campus. These students are supported in their education with a highly qualified staff of teachers and a rigorous curriculum. JPA also supplies each student with the materials they need to succeed, including uniforms, notebooks, and hygiene kits. Since no child can focus on his or her education with an empty stomach, the kitchen at the Tachet campus provides three nutritious meals a day at no cost.
JPA sets high standards for its students. They are well-behaved, polite, respectful and honest. Cheating and plagiarism are not tolerated. JPA encourages leadership through student government, intellectual growth through an academically rigorous program, and global citizenship through respectful interactions with peers, faculty, and community members.
